IMQA FOUNDATION, INC.

In 2006 the International Machine Quilters Association (IMQA) founded the IMQA
FOUNDATION, INC. to encourage and assist machine quilters to expand their
knowledge and skills in machine quilting.
The Mission and Purpose of the IMQA FOUNDATION is to provide education and
educational grants to individuals to enroll in classes to further their knowledge and skills in machine quilting. These grants are offered each year and the final grant recipients are selected by the Foundation Board. Money received at THE AUDACIOUS AUCTION FOR EDUCATION, which is held each year at the Machine Quilters Showcase, funds the Grant program of the IMQA Foundation, Inc.
The IMQA FOUNDATION is a not for profit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the
Internal Revenue Code.
