Volunteer Opportunities
There are many areas requiring volunteers to produce MQS®. Some of this work happens before and after the show, some during the show. Some require short periods of time and others longer. ALL are important to a successful show.
These are some of the areas where MQS® can use your help:
| Pre-Show: |
Gather quilt shop and guild names and addresses in your area for
mailings about show. Distributing bookmarks to guilds and shops in your area. Quilt check-in and sorting on Saturday, May 10 Judging/Quilt Holding rooms – Sun, Mon, Tues – May 11-13 Assisting vendors with set-up – Tuesday, May 12 AV set-ups for classes – starts Monday (through Saturday) Quilt Show Set-up – begins when judging is complete – approx. 4:00 - 5:00 pm. May 12

Beginning on Monday: Teacher’s Angels for classes White Glove assistants May 14 – May 17 Ticket takers at evening events Package check-in table Banquet set-up – May 16 – 5:00-6:30 IMQA Table – (4 hr. blocks of time)
