Eunice completed the America Quilters Society appraisal classes in June of 2004 and became certified in 2006. She has over 25 years of quilting experience and is a member of numerous quilt guilds including American Quilt Study Group, Professional Quilt Appraisers Group, Minnesota Quilters, and Arizona Quilt Guild, and has served on various board positions. She is involved in the Minnesota Quilt Project assisting with appraisals and documentations.

Eunice is a vintage quilt collector and is involved in the ongoing independent study of quilt history and fabric dating. She has an extensive research and reference library and was honored as Minnesota Quilter of the Year for 2004. She has won numerous state and two national awards.
